When you step inside this two-story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,200 sq foot modern, mid-century custom home, you’ll see a beautifully appointed space with designer furnishings, modern décor, and abundant amenities.

From the ‘floor to ceiling’ windows of the living room and dining room, you will see stunning big skies and astonishing desert-forest landscape from the backyard which leads directly into the Coconino National Forest.

In your private, forest-edge backyard wonderland you have a high-end hot tub with umbrella shade, a hardwood, hybrid sauna (traditional stone and infrared), custom-built, wood enclosed cold plunge, and a custom-built outdoor shower that feels like you’re in the forest. You can partake in these excellent outdoor amenities just for enjoyment or for true contrast therapy. For the exercise enthusiast, there is also an Echelon exercise bike with display and online programs as well as a dumbbell tree for your use.  

The house features amazing forest and mountain views, skylights, as well as original artwork and sculptures by local artists inside and outside.

You’ll be treated to majestic red rock views of Thunder Mountain from the front rooms and front patio and to spectacular views of the forest and Sedona Airport Mesa Mountain from the living room, dining room, family room, upper and lower deck, and the backyard. Backed up onto the national forest, you are paces away from some of the most sought-after mountain biking and hiking trails of Sedona with direct access to Carroll Canyon Trail.

Enjoy this unique property in any season with year-round stargazing as one of only 20 certified Dark Sky Communities in the world (telescope provided). The winter months can offer a dusting of snow powder on the glowing red rocks, while June-September’s monsoon season offers beautiful fall colors against a green and red backdrop of forest and red rocks and often fills the sky with spectacular lightning displays. Springtime temps are heavenly and perfect for numerous outdoor activities.

Whether your stay is for business or pleasure, you’ll find everything you need, such as fast 150 Mbps internet, allowing multiple users to enjoy gaming and streaming on your own devices or any of the 5 smart HDTVs located throughout the house. If you are bringing a little one, there is also a Pack ‘n Play, portable highchair, and a child safety gate. You’ll also find a clothing steamer, a portable, small-space heater & fan, and the RFID activation card and a Tesla adapter for the EV charger in the front of the house, should you need it.

As you head down the carpeted stairs, you’ll find the third bedroom with an earthy, warm feel featuring:

It is equipped with a designer bistro table and chairs, retro refrigerator and microwave, popcorn machine, a coffee and tea maker, and a full complement of silver, dinner and glassware.
